200 Series
Grade: 201, 204, etc.
200 Series are primarily used for washing machines, cutlery, cookware, in-house water tank stands, sinks, non-crucial outdoor decorative and architectural materials, food service equipment, automobile structural and decorative parts, and other indoor purposes.
No.1 Finish
The hot-rolled stainless steel is followed by annealing to achieve dark and non-unifrom surafce, namely "scale"
No. 4 Finish
The cold-rolled and bright-annealed stainless steel is proccessed with specified abrasive belts and grit sizes. The mesh polishing achieves No.4 finished products.
2B Finish
Undergoes the process of cold rolling, heat treatment, and pickling. A luster surface is achieved by skin pass. With a bright and smooth surface, it is easier for further grinding to obtain a brighter surface. 2B is the basis for most polished finishes.
